Als Einstieg in das Semester und als Ausgleich für die Corona-Pause im Fotostudio werden 2 Kurzprojekte  aus den Bereichen Portrait, Mode, Still Life und Food angeboten die wir gemeinsam im Fotostudio angehen wollen.

Dabei diskutieren wir im Team die Bandbreite der Veränderungen in der Fotografie und der Bildlichkeit angesichts des aktuellen kulturellen und gesellschaftlichen Wandels und entwickeln unsere Grundlagenprojekte.

Thematisch orientieren wir uns vor allem an Fragen der Gegenwart, die sich sowohl in der Beobachtung von Menschen als auch in der Mode und Popkultur sowie auch in politischen Themen ausdrücken können. Die Umsetzung soll dem jeweiligen Thema entsprechend erfolgen.

Die Möglichkeiten reichen dabei von der klassischen analogen Schwarz-Weiß Fotografie über alle digitalen fotografische Techniken bis hin zu Formen des bewegten Bildes, der Interaktion oder der raumbezogenen Installation.

Bei besonderen Interesse an dem Thema und dem Vorhandensein einer Projektidee ist diese Lehrveranstaltung als Ausnahme auch für Studierende höherer Semester und für das 7. Semesters offen.

To start the semester and to compensate for the Corona break in the photo studio, two short projects will be offered in the areas of portraiture, fashion, still life and food, which we will tackle together in the photo studio.

As a team, we will discuss the range of changes in photography and imagery itself, against the backdrop of current cultural and social changes, and develop our basic projects.

Thematically we will mainly deal with questions of the present, which can be expressed in the observation of people as well as in fashion and pop culture, but also in political topics. The realization is to be done according to the respective topic.

The possibilities range from classic analog black-and-white photography to all digital photographic techniques to forms of the moving image, interaction or spatial installation.

In case of special interest in the topic and the existence of a project idea, this course is exceptionally also open for students of higher semesters and for the 7th semester.
