As part of the international teaching week, we would like to start a dialog with the Islamic world and focus on the two image cultures and image theories. Marcus Kaiser has invited Prof. Dr. Professor Mohammed Yagan to give us a first insight into the visual culture of the Islamic world. The lecture is intended to be the starting point for an intensive visual dialog that we would like to conduct with the GJU in the coming years.
