Good vs. Evil
Basics of Animation: Character-Animation
Good versus evil: the archetypal conflict.
We will play with this very cliché. What is actually good and what is evil? Is there a middle ground? What do good characters look like? And evil ones? And what does our own animated version of good and evil look like?
And along the way we learn the basics of animation: cartoons, motion design, digital and analogue techniques, methods, design, pre-visualization, storyboards, style frames, style boards, timing, rhythm, frame-by-frame, keyframe, rigging, easing, sound, 3D, 2D, 2.5D and the dreaded sub-composition.
Previous experience with moving images is not necessary… but it doesn’t hurt either! However, participation in the AfterEffects TP is highly recommended.
