My view of the world
International Class with Exchange Students
Everyone perceives the world in their own way. This view is shaped by memories, cultural backgrounds, encounters, and experiences. At the same time, global networking means that information, images, and impressions are available at any time, leading to a blending of cultural, social, and religious life. This makes it all the more important to sharpen one’s own view from time to time: What do I find valuable? What should be strengthened? What irritates or upsets me? What needs to be changed?
Critical perception is not a passive attitude, but an active process. We decide what we pay attention to, how we interpret it, and what stories we turn it into. Traditions, familiar things, or personal experiences can be combined with new technologies, ideas, and perspectives to deepen and broaden our own view.
In this international seminar, we will explore how each participant can creatively express their personal perspective. Analyze your own view of the world and transform your thoughts into a lively, reflective, and aesthetic language. Ideally, your work should inspire, encourage the formation of opinions, and facilitate discussion. Whether it’s a poster, book, or digital solution – the choice of medium is up to you.
