B.A. Workshop
Theory of B.A. Thesis
Reflecting on a design project from a scientific perspective is an important part of the design process. The B.A. thesis requires conceptual, creative, theoretical, and organizational skills. In this BA workshop, you will learn what to consider in the theoretical part of your thesis and how to present your project clearly and reflectively. In addition to content-related aspects such as literature research, the right questions, and structure, this also includes formal aspects such as outline, individual chapters, and the bibliography.
First, the students present their projects. We will then discuss approaches, methods, and useful structures in the group. In addition to the plenary discussions, there will also be sufficient time for individual meetings. The workshop is primarily aimed at students who are writing their B.A. thesis in the current semester. However, if there is sufficient capacity, students who will begin writing in the following semester can also participate in preparation.
