In the second semester, we work on several short project-based assignments. We will explore the fundamental design and narrative principles of illustrative image series. We will deepen our drawing and technical skills and work on the basics of visual representation: composition, contrast, reduction, abstraction, image space, line quality and gesture, colour. A joint exhibition at Umsonst & Draussen is planned.
