Was ist beim Theorieteil der Bachelorarbeit zu bedenken? Wie stellt man sein Vorhaben klar und reflektiert vor? Welche Literatur könnte weiterhelfen? Wie sollte ein Gliederung aussehen? Und wie halten wir es mit KI-Hilfsmitteln?

Im Kurs werden formale und inhaltliche Aspekte bearbeitet, erprobt und geklärt: Inhaltsverzeichnis, Fragestellung, Aufbau, einzelne Kapitel, Literaturverzeichnis … Es gibt Input vom Dozenten, und die Studierenden stellen Ihre Vorhaben vor. Neben den Diskussionen im Plenum wird esausreichend Zeit für Einzelkonsultationen und -besprechungen geben.

Der Workshop richtet sich vorrangig an Studierende, die im laufenden Semester ihre BA-Thesis schreiben. Bei ausreichender Kapazität können aber auch gern Studierende teilnehmen, die ihre BA-Thesis erst im darauf folgenden Semester schreiben werden.

What needs to be considered in the theoretical part of the Bachelor’s thesis? How do you present your project clearly and reflectively? Which literature could be helpful? What should an outline look like? And what about AI tools? In the course, formal and content-related aspects will be worked on, tested and clarified: table of contents, research question, structure, individual chapters, bibliography … There will be input from the lecturer and the students will present their projects. In addition to the plenary discussions, there will be sufficient time for individual consultations and discussions. The workshop is primarily aimed at students who are writing their BA thesis in the current semester. However, if there is sufficient capacity, students who will not be writing their BA thesis until the following semester are also welcome to attend. – Please register for the course on the THWS e-learning platform if you would like to take part in the BA workshop.
