Grundlagen Fotografie I

In diesem Grundlagenkurs wird das fotografische Sehen erprobt, und der bewusste Umgang mit dem Medium des fotografischen Bildes sensibilisiert. Wir erkunden mittels unterschiedlicher Übungen sowohl in kleinen Gruppen als auch individuell die verschiedenen Felder der Fotografie, fotografieren Objekte, Menschen, Architektur mit verschiedenen Lichtquellen wie Tageslicht und Studiolicht und diskutieren die Ergebnisse. In Impulsreferaten analysieren und betrachten wir wichtige zeitgenössische und historische Fotografie- Positionen, besuchen Ausstellungen und diskutieren Fotobücher. Im Verlauf des Semesters erarbeitet jede/r Studierende ein individuelles Projekt.

In this basic course, photographic vision is tested and the conscious handling of the medium of the photographic image is sensitized. We explore the different fields of photography by means of various exercises both in small groups and individually, photograph objects, people, architecture with different light sources such as daylight and studio light and discuss the results. In keynote presentations we analyze and consider important contemporary and historical photography positions, visit exhibitions and discuss photography books. In the course of the semester, each student will work on an individual project.
