Being able to think spatially is an important skill for communication designers. In the foundation seminar Surface – Body – Space, students are introduced to the complex project field of three-dimensional and spatial design. Examples from art and design are used to develop different interfaces for the own practice. Exercises are used to approach object-related and spatial concepts. The goal of the semester is to develop a three-dimensional composition. The models will be presented in an exhibition at the end of the seminar.
